What is BudgetBazaar?+
BudgetBazaar is an online marketplace for MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, safety, tools and related technical supplies in the UAE. We serve contractors, businesses, facility management companies, small vendors and retail customers.
Do I need a business account to order?+
No. Retail customers can shop normally, while businesses can also use BudgetBazaar for project purchases, bulk requirements and quotation requests.
Where do you deliver?+
BudgetBazaar is being developed primarily for deliveries across the UAE. Delivery availability, charges and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.
How long does delivery take?+
At checkout you can choose express delivery for AED 25 (2–3 working days), standard delivery for AED 20 (3–5 working days), or economy delivery for AED 15 (7–10 working days). Eligible orders of AED 200 or more receive free express delivery. Special-order, bulk or supplier-sourced products may require additional time.
How can I track my order?+
You can use the Track Order page or view your order from your BudgetBazaar customer account. Order status will be updated as the order progresses.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Cash on Delivery is currently available for eligible orders. Any additional payment method will be shown clearly during checkout only after it becomes available.
Can I request a bulk quotation?+
Yes. Use our Bulk Quote service for larger project requirements, multiple products or business purchases. Our team can review your request and provide a quotation.
Can businesses receive special pricing?+
Business customers may be eligible for project pricing, bulk pricing or negotiated quotations depending on products, quantities and supplier availability.
Can I return a product?+
Eligible products may be returned according to our Returns & Refunds policy. Some installed, used, custom, special-order or non-resalable products may not be returnable.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?+
Contact BudgetBazaar as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue. Photos or videos may be requested so our team can investigate quickly.
Can I cancel an order?+
Orders may be cancellable while they are still in an eligible processing stage. Once procurement, dispatch or fulfilment has progressed, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Are the products genuine?+
BudgetBazaar aims to source genuine and accurately described products from appropriate suppliers and distributors. Product brands and specifications will be shown wherever available.
